6 Month Visit

Emerson had her 6 month check up and shots today (the shots sucked)!  She is a whopping 11 lbs and 9 oz!  I think she's almost fallen off the growth chart (she's very small).   The 3 shots she got were horrible and she's still very grumpy, don't even think about touching her little legs.  She got a nice warm bath tonight and is currently being rocked to sleep by her Daddy (while he watches the presidential address to congress).  

This photo was not taken today, but I had to include a photo of the little angel.

A Little Early Valentine

Well Emerson gave me my Valentine card early, because she had to!  Her Daddy helped her put her handprint on my card and turned her hand pink.  So they outed themselves before I could freak out about her pink hand.

Look at that guilty little face.  She looks like she just got caught with her hand in the cookie jar.

I have to admit, he did pretty good.

Doesn't she have great handwriting for a six month old.

She Graduated to the BIG tub!

Emerson has now graduated to the big tub!!  She was taking baths in her sink bathtub, but she splashed so much and always got Brad and I soaked.  She loves her new little bath chair, it gets her up so she can see everything, like the water filling the tub, which she thinks is a kick!  Just had to share, she's growing up so fast!!
